Independence Referendum Debate – Dingwall 7pm Monday 9th June

An independent led debate on the upcoming Referendum with representation from both sides of the debate will take place at the Baptist Church in Dingwall at 7pm on Monday the 9th June.
Chaired by local Independent Councillor Alister MacKinnon the speaker for Yes will be Dave Thompson MSP and speaking for the Union will be Garry Coutts.
The Baptist Church hall on Craig road is a substantial building (it used to be the Ross County Social club) so all are welcome as it can take a good number of folk.
It is opposite the Graveyard and Church of Scotland about 100yds before the community centre as one heads into town.
Each speaker will present a 10 minute speech and then the floor will be open to questions. Folk will have the opportunity to vote in secret at the end.

Garry Coutts is currently Chair of NHS Highland.
Dave Thompson is SNP MSP for Skye, Lochaber and Badenoch (which includes Dingwall, Seaforth and the Black Isle).
