Dave Thompson, SNP MSP for Skye, Lochaber and Badenoch recently had the pleasure of visiting Plockton Primary School, taking time to meet and discuss with teachers, and take part in a gruelling question and answer session from budding politicians in the form of the enthusiastic Primary School kids (pictured).
Commenting on this, Mr Thompson said, “It was fantastic to visit Plockton Primary School and meet the hardworking teachers who are sowing the seeds for our bright future, which was evident in spades, from the very enthusiastic and inquisitive children who took time out to question me on all things politics”.
“On this occasion I chose to use the wonderful Kyle rail link to get to Plockton. The train journey to and from the school reminded me of just what a beautiful country we live in, as I looked upon the snow-capped fields, glistening in the crisp winter sunshine, with the weather beaten mountains rising menacingly as far as my eyes could see”.
