Dave Thompson, SNP MSP for the Highlands and Islands, has today lodged a motion in the Scottish Parliament, to congratulate Knockbreck Primary School and Nursery Class in Dunvegan on receiving a very good  report following their recent School Inspection.

Commenting on this, Mr Thompson said: “I am very proud to lodge this motion congratulating Knockbreck Primary School and the Nursery Class on their fine achievement in their recent Inspection.

“It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Ms Lumley, her staff, the pupils, their parents and the wider community on Skye, that the school has performed so admirably in their report.

“I would encourage everyone involved with the school to continue with their sterling work to make sure that the school continues to perform in such an inspiring manner."
